By downloading, installing, or using any application developed by Rounder Works (hereinafter referred to as "the Application"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Application.

Subject to these terms and the Apple App Store Terms of Service, Rounder Works grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Application for personal, non-commercial purposes.

You agree not to:

• Use the Application for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Application.
• Copy, modify, or distribute the Application without prior written authorization.
• Use the Application in any way that could damage, disable, or impair our services.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Application or its related systems.

All content, features, and functionality of the Application—including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software—are the exclusive property of Rounder Works and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

The Application is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Rounder Works does not warrant that the Application will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rounder Works shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Application, regardless of the cause of action or the basis of the claim.

Rounder Works reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue the Application at any time without prior notice. We may also update these Terms of Service from time to time, and your continued use of the Application constitutes acceptance of any such changes.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
